- The institution wishing to benefit from or participate in the program must be an Arab institution.
- The participant wishing to join the program must be of Arab origin and affiliated with a research institution in one of the Arab countries or overseas.
- The student wishing to benefit from the program should be of Arab nationality afflicted to an Arabic university of scientific center.
