Based on the successful experiences of the Federation of Arab Scientific Research Councils, and the implementation plan programs approved by the Federation Board for the years 2023-2024, the General Secretariat presents this Arab Scientific Exchange Program. Which aims to employ the energies and expertise of researchers at the Arab countries and abroad, and link them to collaborate together and provide the opportunity for graduate students in Arab countries to benefit from their experiences. The program also provides an opportunity for Arab universities to double supervise these students.
